Agrawal Order On Board 18/02/2019 (1) This Court by order dated 7.12.2018 passed in Writ Petition (227) No. 341 of 2018 granted 10 days' time to amend the written statement, which has not been incorporated within the stipulated period and by the impugned order dated 31.03.2019, the Family Court, Rajnandgaon has refused to extend the time to incorporate amendment in the written statement, against which instant writ petition has been filed.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I extend the time to incorporate amendment in the written statement up to 25th February, 2019, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the respondent herein. It is made clear that if the amendments is not incorporated up to 25th February, 2019, petitioner's right to amend the written statement stands closed. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. (4) A copy of this order be sent to the Family Court, Rajnandgaon directly as well as through the concerned District Judge for information and compliance. Certified copy, today.
