1. The limited grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is the non-granting of revised pay scale as per the circular of the State Government dated 17.05.2013.

2. According to the petitioners, admittedly the petitioners in the present writ petition have completed more than 8 years of regular service and

therefore, they are entitled for the revised pay scale in terms of the aforementioned circular but the same till date has not been paid to the petitioners.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, subject to verification of the entitlement part, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners for revised pay scale in terms of the circular of the State Govt. dated 17.05.2013 at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case the petitioners are found entitled for, the entire benefits be released to the petitioners forthwith.
