1. The applicants have filed this second bail application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail, apprehending arrest in Crime No.186/2013, registered at Police StationCity Kowali, Bilaspur, Distt.Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34, facultative 302/34 of the IPC.

2. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, second bail application is rejected. However, if the applicants surrender themselves before the trial Court concerned and make an application for regular bail, the said Court would dispose of regular bail application preferably within a period of seven days.
