Present MCC has been filed seeking for extension of time for compliance of the order passed by this Court on 21.03.2017 in WPS No. 473/2017.

The counsel for the applicants submits that for the reasons explained in the application complete compliance was not able to be concluded within the time given by this Court and prays for further two months time.

The reasons assigned found to be satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion the ends of justice would meet, if the present MCC is
-2allowed and the applicants are granted further period of 60 days from today for compliance of the order.
