Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority i.e. the District Collector against the alleged termination order and the Appellate Authority, in turn, may decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible. The said prayer was not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to prefer an Appeal within a period of 15 days and if the appeal is preferred within 15 days, the Appellate Authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merits within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of Appeal by the petitioner.
