Considering that the appeal arises from an interim order granting waiver of pre-deposit which is in the discretionary jurisdiction, we find no reason to entertain the appeal at this stage. 3.

Let the appeal be itself finally disposed by the Tribunal on merits expeditiously provided the parties themselves cooperate within a maximum period of six months from the date of receipt and/or presentation of a copy of this order.
