The limited relief that the petitioner seeks at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.3 to take an appropriate decision in the light of Annexure P/4 dated 07.01.2020 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department. 2.

The relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that let an appropriate decision be taken by the respondent No.3 keeping in view the directions given by the Assistant Commissioner vide letter dated 07.01.2020 and also the correspondence made by the Collector in this regard dated 09.12.2019. Let a decision be taken at

the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
