1. In the order passed by this Court on 11.05.2015 in WP(227) 6891/2008 the Collector Surajpur was directed to decide the issue concerning the validity of appointment of Smt. Parvati respondent No.3 therein on the post of Anganwadi Worker, Anganbadi Centre Baraipara, Vilage Girwarganj, Janpad Panchayat Surajpur.

2. The decision taken by the Collector, Surajpur has been informed to the petitioner vide Annexure R-1 under the signature of the District Programme Officer, district Surajpur.
