I, however, find that the petitioner is being transferred from one place to other place locally and not outside the station. Therefore, this by itself does not cause any hardship.

This Court takes notice of the fact that in the petition filed by one R.P.Tiwari in WPS No.3909/2017, in which, order has been passed today itself, there is a direction to consider his case and the petitioner is going to be posted to the place of posting of Shri R.P.Tiwari. Therefore, in these circumstances, if the petitioner complies with the transfer order, it will be subject to the decision that may be taken
