Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/03/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite order of various authorities including Information Commissioner passed on 04/02/2015 and petitioner having already submitted necessary fee as demanded, documents/information are not being supplied. 2.
After going through the documents on record, particularly the order of the State Information Commission passed on 04/02/2015, I find that there is a direction to the Public Information Officer to provide information required by the petitioner within 10 days.

The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of a direction. It is unfortunate that despite order of the Information Commissioner, petitioner is driven to this Court to seek direction for supply of necessary information / documents.

Respondent No.4 / Public Information Officer should immediately supply necessary information to the petitioner as demanded by him in his application. The petitioner would be at liberty to apply to the Information Commissioner for imposition of penalty on the erring officials and the Commission shall examine the matter also in accordance with the provisions of law.
