Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 22/08/2017 Heard.

1. By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa on the ground of violation of transfer policy.

2. This ground can always be raised in appeal as provided under the provision of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995. In the absence of there being any ground of want of jurisdiction, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned transfer order. Therefore, the petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal.
