Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/10/2017 At the outset, it is submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by passing an order on 11/10/2017. 2.

In the return and the order, it has been stated as to why the order could not be passed within the time stipulated by the Court. After going through the contents of the reply and the order, I am inclined to condone the delay in compliance of the order of the Court.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some more time, I am not inclined to grant further time in view of order dated 11/10/2017. Rule is therefore discharged. Contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of order dated 11/10/2017 in appropriately constituted petition.
