1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would

submit that during the pendency of the writ petition petitioner has retired and thereafter died, therefore, the instant writ petition be disposed off with liberty in favour of legal representatives of deceased petitioner to file fresh petition as and when occasion arises.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of legal representatives of the petitioner to file fresh writ petition if occasion so arises.
