1. This petition is not directed against any particular order.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner in this case is a victim and complainant of the case. On the basis of his report, the prosecution has been initiated against the respondent No.2 and 3 and the charge-sheet was filed on 05.03.2018 but till date the trial Court has not framed the charges in that case. It shows that the private respondents are interested in prolonging the charge, therefore, it is prayed that the direction be issued by this Court for expediting the trial.

Considered on the submission and also perused the copies of the documents filed along with the petition, it is found that it is almost completing two years and the charges against the private respondents have not yet been framed. Therefore, this petition is disposed off and specific direction is given to trial Court to frame charge against the respondent No.2 and 3 on whatever is the next date fixed for hearing and proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible.
