The grievances of the petitioner in this case is that non granting of two advance increment on attaining the qualification of D.Ed at own expenses.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the instant present case is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.(S) No. 6016/2010 decided on 21.01.2010 which is Annexure P/5 to the writ petition.

At this juncture Dy. Advocate General submits that the representation of the petitioner in this regard has been received by the respondents and it is in active consideration and shall be decided expeditiously.

Keeping in mind the judgment of this High Court in W.P.(S) No. 6016/2010 dated 21.01.2010 and on the submission of the counsel for the respondent, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondents shall consider and decide the representation moved by the petitioner and shall pass an appropriate order preferably within a period of 8 weeks.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
