(4) The petitioner is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (C) No. 4108 of 2007 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 05.12.2017. (5) On due consideration of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of the

petitioner's counsel on 05.12.2017 when Writ Petition (C) No.4108 of 2007 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds.

(6) M.C.C. No. 154/2018, therefore, is allowed and Writ Petition (C) No.4108 of 2007 is restored to its original number.
