Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 24.03.2017 passed by respondent No. 4 - Additional District Magistrate, Rajnandgaon, petitioner may be allowed to make representation before the respondent No. 4 to reconsider his application for grant of no objection certificate.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the respondent No. 4 - Additional District Magistrate, Rajnandgaon for re-consideration of order dated 24.03.2017 and for grant of no objection certificate and, in turn, respondent No. 4 shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
