The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.28/2020, registered at Police Station Nandini, District - Durg C.G. for offence punishable under Sections 354, 506, 509B of the I.P.C. and Section 67 of the Information of Technology Act, 2000.
