Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 08.05.2018 The grievance of the petitioner was pertaining to the timely non granting of retiral dues to him. Pending the petition, the matter stood referred to the High Power Committee constituted for redressal of retiral dues. Now, in due course of time, as per the petitioner himself, the entire retiral dues have been paid to him and he has also been paid the unpaid travelling allowance which he is otherwise entitled for. 2.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the substantive grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Bhola
