1. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that the petitioner was initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-III on 21.09.1998 and was posted under Zila Panchayat, Durg, Chhattisgarh.
2. Subsequently, the petitioner is said to have made a request for transfer and his application was considered and he was transferred vide order dated 07.08.2008 and he joined the Zila Panchayat, Kabirdham, Chhattisgarh on 08.08.2008.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has joined at Kabirdham on 08.08.2008 and he should have been granted the seniority from 08.08.2008 at Zila Panchayat, Kabirdham, but the juniors to the petitioner, who have been appointed much
subsequent to the petitioner having joined at Kabirdham have been granted seniority over and above the petitioner.
4. He further submits that he has made a representation in this regard to the respondent No.2 but the same has till date not been considered or decided.
5. Given the aforesaid facts, since the representation is pending before the respondent No.2, this Court is not inclined to keep this petition pending and the petition thus stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annex.P/4) dated 27.01.2018 within a period of 60 days from the date the petitioner makes available the certified copy of the order of this Court to the respondent No.2.
6. The petitioner would also be at liberty to file any supplementary representation, if he so chooses.
7. It shall be the duty of the petitioner to bring the order of this Court to the notice of the respondent No.2.
