The present Writ Petition has been filed with a limited prayer that, the respondent No.2 may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking for transfer at nearby places so that the husband and wife can be accommodated at the same place as the wife of the petitioner also is an Anganbadi Karyakarta and is posted at Bhatapara. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the scheme of transfer applicable in the case of the petitioner also has a clause of accomodating similarly placed persons as far as possible at the same location.

The State counsel at this juncture submits that, the said decision or the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner can be made only by the respondent No.2.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 giving all the details and supportive documents within a period of 10 days from today and in turn the respondent No.2 is expected to decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 4 weeks' from the receipt of the representation of the petitioner.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the claim of the petitioner. On a representation made by the petitioner the authority shall be free to decide it in accordance to its merits. 6.
