Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been posted at Raipur by order dated 28/07/2015 and within a period of six months, he has been transferred to Korba by order dated 08/02/2016, against which, he may be

allowed to make representation before the State Government and the State Government be directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of ten days from today, the State Government shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 4.

No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner for a period of one month.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the competent authority may decide the representation on its own merits.
