Order On Board 20/07/2015 At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court order dated 27/06/15 by which, suspension of the petitioner has been revoked. His transfer order has been cancelled. It is also submitted that the entire period of suspension would be treated as on duty. He submits that the circumstances in which the order came to be passed are self speaking as is reflected from the order and it is a case of communication gap and as soon as the order of this order came to the notice of the authorities, the authorities made all efforts to comply with the order of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factual submission.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, particularly that now an order has been passed on 27/06/15 revoking suspension of the petitioner and the submission that there was a communication gap, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is discharged. The contempt petition is accordingly finally disposed off. Sd/- Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Judge Deepti
