The petitioner and respondent No.1 along with minor child are also present in person.

02. Pursuant to the order dated 23.2.2016 passed by this Court respondent No.1 has produced minor child Ku. Bhavi Agrawal, aged about 8 years. Respondent No.1 submits that he had no intention to

flout the order dated 17.7.2014 passed by this Court and he will duly obey and respect the said order. He submits that he took the minor child along with him as she had refused to go back to the petitioner. He further submits that in future he would be careful in making compliance of the orders passed by this Court and after visiting the child he will hand over her custody to the petitioner.

03. Custody of the minor child is handed over to the petitioner.
