The limited grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that since they are working with the Respondents-Authorities for a period of more than two decades, till date the case for regularization has not been considered by the respondent-authorities despite the fact that there are two circulars issued by the respondents-authorities i.e. initially on 05.03.2008 and also again on 15.02.2011.
The contention of the petitioner is that they have made a couple of representations to the authorities concerned but till date those representations have not been decided and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Given the said limited grievance that the petitioner has, the Writ Petition, at this juncture stands disposed of directing all the respondents to ensure that the representations preferred by the petitioner is decided on its own merits in accordance with the various circulars issued by the State Government with regard to regularization. Let an appropriate decision be taken preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
