1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of suspension dated 31.12.2020 and the to subsequent charge sheet dated 11.02.2021.

2. Considering the fact that petitioner has been placed under suspension on the alleged ground of committing misconduct in the course of discharging her duties and the fact that respondents has issued detailed charge sheet to the petitioner and to which the according to the petitioner he has already submitted his reply, this Court is of the opinion that it would not be proper for the High Court at this juncture to subject the matter under the judicial review when the matter is already seized by the disciplinary authorities.

3. Given the fact that petitioner has submitted her reply to the charge sheet, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of expecting that the Disciplinary Authorities shall consider the contents of the reply that petitioner has submitted before proceeding further with the disciplinary proceedings in accordance with law.
