1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.1/2015, registered at Police Station Kisttaram, Distt. Sukma, for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC.

2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstance of the case, the manner in which on 6-3-2015, the applicant has made gun shot injury to his co-Constable Ayodhya Prasad Deshmukh by which he died and evidence available in the case diary connecting the applicant with the crime in question, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Consequently, the application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Soma
