1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.18/2020 registered in Police Station Kotwali Durg, District Durg for offence under Section 307/34 of the IPC.

2. On a dispute occurring on account of parking of vehicle, applicant Devraj Hirwani inflicted stab wound on the abdomen of injured Shahbaj Khan @ Seeblu Khan endangering his life.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the incident happened at 6.40 pm on 5.1.2020 and the injured remained in hospital

only till 9.1.2020. He was discharged after full recovery and the charge sheet has already been filed.

4. Learned State Counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail to the applicant.

5. Considering that the applicants are in jail since 6.1.2020 and charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
