1. The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.300/2011 registered in Police Station Chakarbhatha, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 406, 394, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 412 of the IPC.

2. This is the Second Bail Application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. The First Bail Application was dismissed on 30-11-2011 on merits.

3. In view of the fact that the earlier bail application was dismissed on merits by order dated 30-11-2011, this Court is not inclined to entertain this repeat bail application. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed. Sd/- Judge Prashant Kumar Mishra ashu
