Transfer order is under challenge on the ground that by the impugned transfer order, the petitioner is being posted at a place, the distance of which is more than the distance of the present place of posting from a place, where the petitioner's wife is posted as Shiksha Karmi. 3.
At present, the petitioner and his wife are not posted at the same station. Considering that the petitioner's wife is posted as Shiksha Karmi at Masturi, it would be open for the petitioner to apply for transfer to any other station nearby Masturi.

In case, the petitioner prefers representation along with a copy of this order before the respondent authority, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
