Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's land has been acquired by the respondent authorities in the year 2016 in lieu of which no compensation has been paid to him till date, therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the petitioner's case for grant of compensation. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the Collector (Land Acquisition), Raipur is directed to

consider and decide the petitioner's case for grant of compensation in lieu of his land expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
