I.A. No.1 This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the

On due consideration, the application is allowed and the delay of 100 days in filing the MCC is condoned. MCC No.197 of 2018

1. First Appeal No.107 of 2017 was dismissed for petitioner's failure to file paper book within stipulated time.

2. Learned counsel would submit that the paper book is ready and shall be filed within two weeks.

3. Considering the submission, F.A. No.107 of 2014 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject to filing of paper book by the appellant within a period of two weeks from today.
