1. After arguing for sometime learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application. He however, submits that as the parties had entered into compromise, the court below be directed to decide the application for grant of regular bail on the same day.

2. Considering the aforesaid submission, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for regular bail after surrender.

3. In case, such application is moved by the applicants, the court

below shall consider and decide their regular bail application as far as possible, on the same day and in any case, within three days.
