1. The ground of challenge to transfer order is that the petitioner is suffering from certain ailments of skin for which she requires constant treatment of a skin specialist. It is submitted that son of the petitioner has also developed some kind of skin disease and if the petitioner is posted at Pussour, District- Raigarh, the medical facility of the level which is available at Bilaspur, may not be there.

2. Looking to the nature of disease as has been stated in the petition, I am of

-2the opinion that it do not call for any interference by this Court, particularly when the petitioner has remained posted at Bilaspur since 2006. The matter only requires administrative consideration. It is submitted that representation has already been submitted by the petitioner.

3. Let representation of the petitioner be decided by the authority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
