Transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is being transferred from Bilaspur to Janjgir. It is submitted that husband of the petitioner Dr. Surendra Yadav was earlier transferred back to Bilaspur on his own request, but now the petitioner is being transferred from Bilaspur to Janjgir-Champa. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that husband of the petitioner has filed a petition (WPS No.4019 of 2017), in which, an order was passed directing consideration of his representation.

It is find that the petitioner and her husband both have been transferred to Janjgir Champa. Therefore, the petition filed by the husband the petitioner has been disposed off with a direction to consider representation.

In view of above, this petition is finally disposed off. It is directed that if the petitioner submits representation before the respondent authority along with a copy of this order within a period of 10 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks along with representation of Dr. Surendra Yadav, husband of the petitioner, (petitioner of WPS No.4019 of 2017) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
