1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is being transferred in mid-session. The other ground is that the transfer could not be affected after 1st of August, 2017 as per clause 2 of the transfer policy dated 11.07.2017.

2. Learned State counsel draws attention of this Court to modification circular dated 24.07.2017 under which the period, within which routine transfer order could be made, has been extended up to 14.08.2017. The transfer order has been passed in the present case on

14.08.2017.

3. The grounds, which have been raised before this Court, do not make out any case for interference. However, it would be open for the petitioner to prefer representation.

4. The petition is disposed off.
