1. The limited grievance that the petitioner is claiming is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to ensure that Anneuxre P/1 dated 19.08.2019 passed by the Dy. Collector Panchayat District Rajnandgaon, is complied with, in its letter and spirit so far as the petitioner is concerned so far as his claim for third time pay-scale is concerned.
2. The Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the matter be disposed of directing the respondents to take an appropriate decision in the light of Annexure P/1.
3. Given the aforesaid facts of the case, the respondent No. 2 & 4 are directed to ensure that Annexure P/1 so far as it relates to the
-2petitioner is complied with in its letter and spirit at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, unless Annexure P/1 is recalled, modified, withdrawn or cancelled at any later stage.
