1. The petitioner by this petition prays for consideration of his representation for transfer by application of the policy of keeping husband and wife together at the same or nearby station.

2. As there exists a Govt. policy to consider posting of husband and wife either at the same place or at nearby place, subject however to administrative exigency and public interest, representation of the petitioner be considered and appropriate decision be taken by the authority within a

-2period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
