The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the transfer order has been passed without obtaining her consent. However, the petitioner apprehends that she may be compelled to proceed on transfer. In Clause IV of the order, it is clear that the transfer order would be given effect only when the petitioner accepts the transfer. Unless the petitioner gave her consent, she cannot be relieved. 3.
