Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondents. 2.
In view of the recitals contained in the impugned order that the Petitioner has admitted his misconduct, there is no allegation of any procedural infirmity in the decision making process and that the Appellate Authority also declined to interfere with the termination, combined with the fact that the Petitioner was an employee in the Union Bank of India, the allegation was with regard to financial impropriety, the Court is not persuaded to consider the matter on basis of sympathy or to give any direction for consideration of any representation. 3.
The writ petition is dismissed.
