Instant petition is filed seeking relief for grant of regular pay scale on completion of three years of regular service. It is contended that the petitioner was appointed on 10/10/2014 by Annexure P-1 and according to the terms of the said appointment for the first three years the petitioner was entitled to get pay scale at the Collector's rate and after completion of three years, he was entitled to get pay scale of Rs.4750-7440+ grade pay of 1300. It is contended that despite the fact three years have already been passed the petitioner has not been granted the regular pay scale. 2.
Without entering into merits of this case, prima facie perusal of Annexure P-1 shows that after completion of three years, appointee was entitled for a particular pay scale. If it is so, then the respondent No.2, Commissioner shall scrutinize the case of the petitioner and in such case
if the petitioner is found to be entitled after verification of the record, same pay scale may be granted to the petitioner. Said decision may be taken after due verification and scrutiny of the record within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
