On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 21.01.2020 passed in WPS No.1334 of 2014 is recalled. Consequently, WPS No.1334 of 2014 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
