Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner who is working as an Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) has been suspended and the departmental enquiry is pending against him since 02.01.2015 that may be directed to be concluded expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Collector, Raigarh is directed to conclude the departmental proceedings initiated against the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
