Mrs. Astha Shukla, Panel Lawyer for the State. Perused the request letter dated 24.01.2018 by the First Additional Sessions Judge/ Special Judge N.D.P.S. Act Jagdalpur wherein extension of time has been prayed for on the ground that the order dated 17.11.2017 passed by this Court in MCRC No.6904/2017 was received by the Court below on 27.11.2017 and the date to conclude the trial would expire after two days. Perused the request letter dated 24.01.2018. Considering the contents of the letter, further 45 days is extended to decide the trial, which was directed by order dated 17.11.2017. Thereby, the limitation of the date of outer limit as passed in MCRC No.6904/2017 on 17.11.2017 stands extended.
