Transfer order is under challenge mainly on the ground of personal difficulty that the petitioner's wife is required to be taken to Delhi in connection with treatment of Fertility and it is easy for the petitioner to move Delhi from the present place of posting for further treatment of his wife.

Ground raised by the petitioner does not warrant interference by this Court. Appropriate remedy for the petitioner to move representation against the transfer order before the respondent authority raising their personal difficulty. 4.

In view of above, it is directed that if the petitioner prefers representation along with a copy of this order within a period of 10 days from today, the same shall be

considered and decided by the respondent authority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
