The petitioner through the instant writ petition has challenged the order dated 24.07.2014 (Annexure P/1) transferred the petitioner from Naveen Primary School Dhaneli, Nawagarh to Naveen Government Primary School Amoda Nawagarh.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already made the representation to the authorities against the said order of transfer and the authorities have also considered his representation and has also recommended for issuance of appropriate order accommodating the petitioner at the place nearby Dhaneli. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the wife of the petitioner also is posted at near by place. He refers to Annexure P/9 which is note sheet issued in this respect recommending the transfer of the petitioner to a nearby place. 3.

At this juncture, without entering into the merit of the case, this Court is of the view, that the ends of justice would meet, in case if the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner keeping in mind the note sheet of the Block Education Officer Annexure P/9 and accordingly a proper suitable order be passed and the representation of the petitioner be also decided objectively.

Meanwhile, it is expected that till the said representation of the petitioner is decided by the respondents they shall not take any corrosive steps against the petitioner. Let the authorities concerned take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of 3 months. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
