1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.4/2013, registered in Police Station Basantpur, District-Balrampur-Ramanujganj for offence under Sections 395 & 397 of IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

2. This is the Fourth Bail Application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. The first bail application was dismissed on merits on 18.09.2013, the second bail application was dismissed on 25.08.2014 and the third bail application was also dismissed on 21-4-15.

3. In view of the fact that the earlier bail applications were dismissed on merits, this Court is not inclined to entertain this repeat bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. The trial Court shall take coercive steps including issuance of warrant of arrest to secure attendance of witnesses.
