The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of Writ Petition (L) No.227 of 2017 which was dismissed by virtue of peremptory order dated 12.01.2018.

For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the present MCC is allowed subject the applicant's depositing a fine amount of Rs.2000/- before the Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society.
