Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 08.07.2014, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Lakhanpur District Surguja to Dhodhagaon District Surguja. According to the petitioner one another lady supervisor namely
Smt. Archna Kiran Toppo has already been posted as a supervisor and she has been transferred vide order dated 15.07.2014 and as such the post stands filled up. The counsel for the petitioner prays that the order of transfer therefore may not be acted upon.

Counsel for the State however, submits that she has already made representation in addition she may further make a detailed representation to the respondents authorities and on which the respondents authorities may take appropriate decision.

Taking into consideration, the fact that the subsequent order of transfer issued on 15.07.2014 filling up the post of supervisors at Dhodhagaon, on the submission of the State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to make representation before the respondent No. 2 within a period of 15 days from today in addition to the representation already made and on such representation being made to the concerned authorities he shall pass an order objectively, taking into consideration the posting of Smt. Archna Kiran Toppo at Dhodhagaon. The said representation may be decided as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months.

Meanwhile, as the interim measure the petitioner shall be permitted to perform her duty at the present place of posting till the representation is decided.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
