After dismissal of two bail applications on merits, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application. Consequently, third bail application is rejected. However, considering the period of detention of the applicant i.e. since 10.7.2015, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
